Lee and Marie-Michèle retired from their research program in 2006. This web site persists as a permanent repository of the sequences and metadata produced by their program. Rapid 'drill-down' access to sequences is provided by JSPs. The Direct Access to Library Information and Sequences page provides access to library information and a Find Sequence function that can take you directly to a sequence of interest. MAGIC Sequence Viewer provides more versatile access to, and manipulation of, sequences. MAGIC Gene Discovery provides metadata deriving from clustering of ESTs.
