This cDNA library was prepared from a mixture of five-week-old, greenhouse-grown plants harvested on days seven and eight after water was withheld.

QPSE16 LenNVE >=100 gives the number of sequences that met our criteria for submission to GenBank. Because more than one sequence was occasionally obtained from a cDNA, the number of non-replicate sequences is also provided.

The average Phred Q16 and Q20 lengths are contiguous; if sequence quality declined, but then improved again, the additional high-quality base calls are not included in these numbers.

The number and proportion unique derives from clustering of all 3' sequences from this one library.
