| Pathogen-Infected Plants - Compatible (PIC1) | ||
|
This cDNA library was prepared from four-week-old sorghum plants inoculated with a compatible isolate of the anthracnose fungal pathogen, Colletotrichum graminicola. Plants were sprayed with a spore suspension prepared from three-week-old isolate FRM42I. Inoculated plants were kept at 25 C and 100% relative humidity in a dark growth chamber for 24 hours. Following this treatment, they were kept in the growth chamber for a single 12-hr light/12-hr dark cycle at the same temperature, but at 90% relative humidity, after which inoculated leaves were harvested. This library was provided by Drs. Guang Chen Fang, Ralph Dean and Rod Wing. |

QPSE16 LenNVE >=100 gives the number of sequences that met our criteria for submission to GenBank. Because more than one sequence was occasionally obtained from a cDNA, the number of non-replicate sequences is also provided. The average Phred Q16 and Q20 lengths are contiguous; if sequence quality declined, but then improved again, the additional high-quality base calls are not included in these numbers. The number and proportion unique derives from clustering of all 3' sequences from this one library. |
