| Floral-Induced Meristems (FM1) | ||
|
Mature S. propinquum plants were transferred from a greenhouse to a growth chamber for 15 days. During these 15 days, plants received 16 hr darkness and 8 hr light each day (flowering is induced by short-day conditions). Plants were returned to the greenhouse under natural long days during late April/early May. After 16 days, meristems were harvested and used as the source of RNA for the cDNA library. |

QPSE16 LenNVE >=100 gives the number of sequences that met our criteria for submission to GenBank. Because more than one sequence was occasionally obtained from a cDNA, the number of non-replicate sequences is also provided. The average Phred Q16 and Q20 lengths are contiguous; if sequence quality declined, but then improved again, the additional high-quality base calls are not included in these numbers. The number and proportion unique derives from clustering of all 3' sequences from this one library. |
