All values retried from the MAGIC Database can be used as filters when viewing data - they are accessed through the Query Devices window at upper right. Information about any selected spot is displayed in the Details-on-Demand window in the lower right. The example here displays a trellis view of six scatter microarray scatter plots. All spots except those that represent at least two-fold upregulation have been removed from view by the "Normalized Ratio Exp/Ref" filter at the bottom of the Query Devices window. |
