Clusters can be also be queried as a function of user-defined subgroups.  The query parameters available are above the table of results.  The query executed here was to request all clusters in which at least 80% (0.8) of the members are derived from user-derived, drought-related libraries, and in which there are at least 6 members.  Results can be sorted by any column, here the number of total sequences in the retrieved clusters.  Note again that access is provided to the many other views in this Gene Discovery tool, as well as to the possibility to download data in fasta format.
