Clusters can be queried by many parameters as indicated above the table of results shown here.  Here we have asked for all clusters in which at least 70% (0.7) of the ESTs come from library CCC1 (callus and cell culture) and in which there are at least 6 members.  Note that one can also go from here to Pie Chart, Annotation, Alignment, etc., and also create and download fasta files of selected data.  Results can be sorted by any column, here the ratio of sequences in this one library to all libraries.
