The number of unique clusters ('uniscripts') is displayed as a function of the number of 3' ESTs in the database (red curve).  In May, 2003, when this cluster was assembled, the sorghum uniscript set has just over 21,000 members.  Data can be extrapolated to any number of ESTs - if set to a very large number, the total number of uniscripts in these libraries can be estimated (here 34,725).
