This administrative interface permits a PI or other responsible, non-informatic laboratory member to create users and user accounts, to define vectors, primers, genotypes and libraries (projects) for single-pass EST sequencing, shotgun genomic sequencing and primer-directed sequencing.  A user can also enter sequencing targets, create permissions for data entry and viewing, and much more.
